Czech Expo Pavilion 2020 – Solar Study
| Scope: | We performed a solar irradiation analysis of the patio infront of the Czech Expo 2020 Pavilion. The entrance features a massive sculpture by Czech artist Jan Dostál, made of 11 miles of stainless steel tubes. The aim was to provide feedback to the design team and help optimize the shading performance of the sculpture during critical days of the year and hours of the day. |
